This software is a must-have embroidery tool for every machine embroiderer.
This software not only lets you preview the designs but you can control how you preview them! Take advantage of the preview options built into Microsoft Windows-like Extra Large Icons, Large Icons, Tiles and more! I click on the file, and am able to preview the design on the right of the screen! How can your creativity flourish under such restrictive conditions? All you really want to do is find the perfect design from your library for your next embroidery project.Īfter installing the Embrilliance Thumbnailer software, I opened up a folder labeled Butterfly, where I store one of my favorite butterfly designs. Finding the embroidery designs was a challenge.
(We know you have a large stash!) In the past, you would see a list of file names but no preview. Then you click on a folder where you store you very large library of embroidery designs. Imagine yourself clicking on your My Documents folder. Now your creativity and productivity will flourish! With the Embrilliance Thumbnailer, you can actually SEE the embroidery designs! No more guessing what "Butterfly.pes" or any of your designs look like anymore! The file names are plain and non-functional! Your embroidery files WITHOUT the Embrilliance Thumbnailer.

You can always make changes later, but categories will fall into place as you go. If you are more apt to remember certain designs according to the designer, file them that way. If you want every one of your cat designs in one folder, file them that way. The goal is to organize your embroidery designs in such a way that you know exactly where you can find them (or at least have a pretty good idea). I organize mine pretty much the same way except that I also like to keep some of my favorite designers, like Sew Inspired by Bonnie, as their own category. This is Bonnie’s preferred way to organize her files. Just create a folder under each subfolder for each designer with cat designs. You can break things down further by adding individual designers within the Cat subfolder. Do the same with your other folder categories. If you have several cat designs, create a Cat sub-folder under the Animal folder. You can always change names and locations later as sub-folders become evident. Start with general categories within your collection, like Animals and Holidays. Drag embroidery files into their respective folders. Think of this folder as your filing cabinet.
